Skumtøsen.dk is not responsible for damage due to incorrect use of our products, therefore read the data sheet and labels on the product carefully before use. By agreeing to our terms and conditions of trade, you accept that the use of the skimmer's product is at your own risk and that these may only be used as described on the individual product instructions. It is important that you always read the following instructions from the product you want to clean.

Delivery and shipping
If, in rare cases, an item is not in stock, we will contact you. Together we then find the best solution for the missing item.
Depending on which shipping method you choose, the goods will normally arrive at your place 1 - 4 working days after dispatch - often the next day. The shipping price also depends on which shipping method you choose when you complete the order.
Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we bear the responsibility for the shipment reaching you in a reasonable time.
Freight:
There are the following forms of shipment:
Postnord – parcel shop: 1 – 4 day delivery on weekdays for collection in the Postnord parcel shop. You choose the Postnord parcel shop that is best for you. You can follow your shipment via Postnord Track and Trace all the way.
Postnord – Private delivery: 1 – 4 day delivery on weekdays to your address in Denmark. You can follow your shipment via Postnord Track and Trace all the way.
If you as a customer do not pick up your package in the parcel shop within 10 days, the package will be sent back to us. This expense, attributed by Postnord to the skimmer for return shipping, will be charged to the customer.
Pick up in store: Save the shipping fee and pick up your ordered items yourself at the address, this is only possible by appointment

Purchases made through funnel/Offer
When you buy products through our funnel, https://www.skumtoesen.dk/verdens-bedste-ovnrens/, you automatically sign up for our benefits club where you will receive emails with marketing and offers via email. as well as leave for our closed Facebook group Skumtøsen's benefit club.
Right of complaint
All goods purchased from skumtøsen are covered by a 24-month right of complaint. This means that if the item is defective, you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, normal wear and tear or other damage-causing behaviour.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)
At skumtøsen, you have a 14-day right of return when you shop at skumtøsen. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase, or the item must be in our hands within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you received your goods. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to kontakt@skumtoesen.dk
Refusal / failure to pick up package
If you refuse to receive a package or do not pick it up at the Post Office/parcel box, an handling fee of NOK 54 will be charged. Note! We do not accept returned packages sent by cash on delivery, with stamp or without delivery, the packages can also be returned at our store Søndersøvej 4. 5492 Vissenbjerg.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded the delivery shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Failure to collect the package is not equated with cancellation of the purchase.
Incorrectly applied address when ordering
Have you entered the wrong address on the order, wrong phone number or email or the foam girl gets the package back due to lack of collection , you have to pay yourself to have the package delivered again , this costs DKK 54 in shipping costs. If you do not want the item delivered again, an administration fee of DKK 54 will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
The money will be returned using the same payment method as the purchase
Return
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk (together with your chosen return carrier, for the item from the time the item is delivered to you, until the item is returned to Skumtøsen) If you have used our package label, you must be able to prove that the package has been delivered, therefore we recommend that you always get a receipt from where you handed in the package which you can show to us if the package gets lost.
Use of the return label is free.
You are welcome to use your own freight agreement to send back to the foam girl, we do not pick up packages in parcel boxes/post office)
If there is an error with the product, or if the wrong product has been sent, you simply need to use the return form and the link. Send us an email BEFORE you return the product at kontakt@skumtoesen.dk
We recommend that you use the enclosed return label or contact us before and we will be able to help you with the acquisition of a return label. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used (the packaging must not be broken, brushes, sponges and similar must not have been tested, etc.), which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount returned, depending on the commercial value of the goods as determined by Skumtøsen.

When you return the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible and enclose your voucher or receipt for the purchase.
We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.
