Shipping and delivery

If, in rare cases, an item is not in stock, we will contact you. Together we then find the best solution for the missing item.

Depending on which shipping method you choose, the goods will normally arrive at your place 1 - 4 working days after dispatch - often the next day. The shipping price also depends on which shipping method you choose when you complete the order.

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we bear the responsibility for the shipment reaching you in a reasonable time.


There are the following forms of shipment:

GLS – parcel shop: 1 – 4 day delivery on weekdays for collection in the GLS parcel shop. You choose the GLS parcel shop that is best for you. You can follow your shipment via GLS Track and Trace all the way.

GLS – Private delivery: 1 – 4 day delivery on weekdays to your address in Denmark. You can follow your shipment via GLS Track and Trace all the way.

If you as a customer do not pick up your package in the parcel shop within 10 days, the package will be sent back to us. This cost, attributed by GLS to the skimmer for return shipping, will be charged to the customer.

Pick up in store: Save the shipping fee and pick up your ordered items yourself at the address, this is only possible by appointment

Return & exchange

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase or exchange.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk (together with your chosen return carrier, for the item from the time the item is delivered to you, until the item is returned to Skumtøsen) If you have used our package label, you must be able to prove that the package has been delivered, therefore we recommend that you always get a receipt from where you handed in the package which you can show to us if the package gets lost.
Use of the return label is free.

You are welcome to use your own freight agreement to send back to the foam girl, we do not pick up packages in parcel boxes/post office)

If there is an error with the product, or if the wrong product has been sent, you simply need to use the return form and the link. Send us an email BEFORE you return the product at

We recommend that you use the enclosed return label or contact us before and we will be able to help you with the acquisition of a return label. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used (the packaging must not be broken, brushes, sponges and the like must not have been tested, etc.), which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount returned, depending on the commercial value of the goods as determined by Skumtøsen.

We have made 3 different guides so you can get the most out of your oven cleaner. You can find all guides in the confirmation email that you receive when you have purchased your oven cleaner. All guides are automatically added to your order completely free of charge. and from there you can download them individually from the email as pdf.

Can lime be removed from natural tiles such as marble and terrazzo?

YES, you can, but it is important that you use the right type of cleaning agents, otherwise you will damage your tiles. Our special cleaning set for natural stone is made for natural tiles so you can remove limescale from your natural tiles such as marble and terrazzo without damaging them.

Is the scumbag benefit club free?

Can I shop and collect my goods from your warehouse

Is the chemistry of the skimmer capable of drinking?

Skumtøsen has a large range from Kiehl's and these are all marked with the EU cup-capable mark. But our other cleaning products are not branded, but our philosophy is that when a cleaning product is as powerful as ours, you use much less of the product. And that's why, in our opinion, professional cleaning chemistry is also capable.
