How to clean the oven

How to clean your oven easily and quickly. Baking soda and vinegar has become the new black, but I can't get it to work without having to scrub and scrub.
But through my more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, I have come across many products. This oven cleaner has won my heart. It has never been easier to manage some of the most difficult and dirty tasks in the kitchen.

Step by step guide to cleaning your oven

In this blog I will guide you through the use of my oven cleaner. And of course we must also go round the various places where it can also be used with advantage.

The oven cleaner also cleans the grill, baking trays, the grid and the back of pots and pans, as long as it does not come into contact with Teflon

1. Turn on the oven at 100 degrees...

You start by turning on your oven and turning it up to 100 degrees. When the oven reaches the desired temperature (the small light indicating that the oven is heating goes out), you switch it off.

2. Put on the gloves

Now you put on your gloves and spray your oven in the oven cleaner. And this is where it gets fun, because now it just has to stand and work for you for approx. 30 minutes Take off your gloves and enjoy a cup of coffee and a podcast.

3. When 30 min have passed

When 30 minutes have passed, grab a scouring sponge, a cloth and a bucket of soapy water. Put the gloves back on. Here I use our univasal cleaning agent

4. The oven must then be wiped down

Now you take your yellow/green scrubbing sponge and just give the oven a good scrubbing trip. When you are satisfied, it is in progress with a wet cloth, then the top must be wiped off. Here, you just need to use a little clean water to wring your cloth in, so that you get all the black stuff off.

5. Remember to burn the stove clean

When you are satisfied and the oven is nice and clean, you must close your oven, turn it on and turn the temperature up to 250 degrees and let it run for 30 minutes. In this way, the oven burns off any remnants of oven cleaner that may remain. And then you are ready to use your oven.
